Could all parents please read the news page on the web site with respect to sealing of engines, the charges for sealing the engine is £35 plus VAT, you will not be required to pay any additional sums unless by prior agreement you have consented to such charges. the approved engine  sealer has been advised, engines that exceed the permitted output  by a significant amount, the engine sealer must contact the owner to advise him of the situation and the likely cost of rectification if any, similarly he has been advised with respect to engines producing less power then the permitted output irrespective or whether he considers the engine to be legal or not, the object here is to lock engines down with  power not exceeding 5.2 horse power whether legal or not in terms of alterations that may have been carried out to the unit without the knowledge of the now owner,
