The Board has appointed engine builder RPM (Roger Pritchard) to be the approved engine sealer for a 12 month period, engines are to be sealed at a fixed price of £35 per engine plus VAT where applicable, Engines will be sealed to give a maximum power output when run in of 5.2 BHP, should your engine not be producing the permitted maximum output the engine builder will advise you of the position , it is then a matter of choice, you you can either agree to have the engine upgraded or sealed in its present form, that will be your choice, the engine builder has undertaken not to seal any engine that contains non legal parts, RPM has agreed to supply a complete ready to race engine for
